We respect and protect your privacy. We do not sell, rent, loan or distribute personal information regarding our customers to any third party. Any information you give us is held with the utmost care and security, and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented. We never collect more information than we require to fulfill the transaction to which we have entered into with the customer.

Information Gathering

In order to conduct business we need to collect information such as but not limited to: name, postal address, e-mail address, phone number, fax number, payment information. We may occasionally email you to keep our records up to date and to notify you of any upcoming events which we feel you may be suited to (this applies only to those who have signed up to be on our talent list). In most cases the contact for the latter will be made by phone. We will never sell your information to a third-party company. You may opt-out of our contact list at any time by notifying us by email. For purchasers of our products we may email you to advise you of any specials that will be running. Any addendum information that you provide to us such as but not limited to documents of reference or commendations will be protected under this same policy as your own information.

Contracts and Releases

As part of the process of conducting business you may be required to sign documentation that will be held on file at our offices. These hard copy documents will be scanned into electronic form and will be held in the same Confidence as everything else. The hard copy documents will be held at our offices. The electronic form may need to be forwarded to firms that we are doing business with for the completion of a business transaction.

Your Personal Information

Your information will be maintained in a separate database that is not available online at any point in time. These databases are maintained on local drives in our offices. Any information related to payment, such as credit card numbers, are not maintained after the sale has been closed. We utilize a third party for the processing of credit card transactions and we accept no liability for their privacy policy.

Limits of Liability

We make every possible effort to protect your data. We will not be held liable for the release of your information due to the involvement of criminal element. We maintain our security and privacy policy in accordance with the laws of Canada.
